Job Summary
Shape and own the overall QA strategy, test plans, and release criteria across complex enterprise initiatives, selecting and implementing the right toolsets to maximize coverage and speed. Lead, guide, and mentor other QA engineers by setting direction, establishing testing standards, and making confident decisions on testing approaches and priorities. Validate multi-stream platforms powered by enterprise CMS systems like Optimizely or AEM, ensuring feature fidelity and dynamic content accuracy while leveraging modern automation tools to streamline regression and release testing. Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams during sprint planning to ensure clear acceptance criteria and early risk identification. Deeply evaluate the Software Development Life Cycle within agile delivery frameworks, proactively identifying gaps and advocating for continuous improvement. This role requires 8+ years of QA experience, with a focus on remote work within Colombia.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Proven experience leading QA strategy and team members
- Experience on enterprise digital or agency engagements
- Proven background testing large-scale Enterprise CMS environments
- Hands-on experience with functional automation frameworks
- Experience with performance tools
- Strong understanding of when and how to implement automation tools effectively
- Expert understanding of agile methodologies
- Understanding of sprint workflows
- Understanding of defect lifecycle management in Jira
- Understanding of shift-left testing practices
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Confidence to make decisive choices on strategy
- Ability to present quality risks clearly to stakeholders
- Proactive mindset that challenges the status quo
- Ability to drive impactful process improvements
