Job Summary
Lead QA efforts for Harvard Business Publishing applications across the SDLC, partnering with Product Owners to understand business goals and user expectations, guiding test execution across development phases, writing test plans and cases, reporting and tracking defects, and developing QA dashboards. Supervise offshore QA Engineers, design and execute a test automation strategy, and ensure quality gates are met in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- 4+ years of experience leading QA efforts or test initiatives
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum
- Experience mentoring/coaching QA engineers
- Strong expertise in functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Experience testing multi-tier web applications
- Solid understanding of test automation tools and frameworks
- Technical Skills: HTML, CSS, SQL, API testing, Selenium/Java, Jenkins/CI/CD
