Job Summary
Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices across the product suite while building and scaling automation frameworks from scratch. Design and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium (Java/Python) and Playwright, and develop API tests with Postman and Rest Assured to cover functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration scenarios. Execute performance, load, and stress testing using JMeter, and perform backend validation on PostgreSQL and MongoDB to ensure high reliability of data-intensive financial systems. Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI, and mentor junior QA engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive quality across continuous releases for enterprise-grade fintech systems serving travel, hospitality, and retail clients.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in manual and automation testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium (Java/Python) and Playwright
- Solid experience in API testing (Postman, Rest Assured)
- Experience in performance testing using JMeter
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
- Good knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
