Job Summary
Perform document reviews of SOPs, batching records, testing methods, and logbooks to ensure GMP activities are completed and documented. Lead QA Technicians in daily activities, follow work orders, and quality control procedures while approving and releasing laboratory data and reports. Report food safety and quality issues, problems, deficiencies, errors, incidents, and opportunities to management for correction. Participate in investigations into minor major root cause, corrective or preventive actions, and impact to product safety, identity, strength, quality, or purity. Monday-Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in performing quality control process checks
- enters data & results accurately
- Proficient in English
- Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area
- Specific in-depth knowledge of complex packaging equipment
- Extremely detail oriented
- ability to enter data accurately
- Ability to follow directions
- ability to train and coach other team members
- Strong communication skills
- Has the ability to do simple math
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
