Job Summary
Prepare, inspect, document, and distribute labels for in-process work, clinicals, pallet identification, and finished products. Operate and perform minor maintenance on label printers, verifying clearance before each run. Prioritize printing schedules and conduct critical detailed reviews of every label batch. Order labeling supplies to ensure uninterrupted label room functionality. Participate in internal, external, or regulatory audits as required by senior management. Train designated peers as replacements at management's request.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor's degree
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- High School Degree with four to six years related experience and/or training
- General knowledge of FDA regulations related to cGMPs
- General knowledge of quality control/assurance
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge in the use of label generation software, i.e. EasyLabel
- Ability to prioritize the printing of labels
- Critical detailed review of each label run
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to talk or hear
- Ability to sit
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Ability to adjust focus

- Experience in label generation for pharmaceutical or related industry
