Job Summary
QA Lab Technician at Richardson International’s Carrington, ND facility, responsible for testing samples to ensure product quality, safety, and specification compliance; auditing production and packaging for accuracy in shapes, specifications, storage, labeling, and coding; identifying and managing non-conforming products and food safety hazards with investigations and corrective actions; maintaining records and retention samples; and pursuing continuous improvement opportunities through data documentation and QA processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in food related field preferred
- Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in quality assurance testing preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food related field (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.) is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in quality assurance testing is preferred
