Job Summary
Conduct daily Scrum ceremonies and collaborate on test strategies for web interfaces and backend APIs. Write and maintain automated tests while managing and tracking bugs using company tools to work with developers on resolution. Experiment with Generative AI tools to optimize testing workflows, focusing human effort on high-value tasks. Participate in the full development cycle from requirements definition to release under the mentorship of a dedicated supervisor.
Desired Qualifications
- Understand the dynamics of an agile development team based on the Scrum framework.
- Learn software risk-analysis methodologies and preventive test strategies.
- Gain familiarity with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) approaches, Gherkin syntax, and design patterns such as Page Object Model.
- Understand the integration of Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude) into software workflows for test generation, automation, and analysis.
