Job Summary
Inspect incoming materials and verify dimensions, appearance, and functionality of connector components using calipers, micrometers, and projectors. Complete inspection reports, identify and segregate nonconforming materials, and conduct routine production line inspections to monitor quality during assembly and packaging. Perform first article inspections, verify critical process parameters, and execute final product checks before shipment. Escalate quality issues and stop production when necessary to prevent defects. Ensure traceability of records and support Quality engineers in root cause analysis. Maintain continuous improvement projects. Minimum 3 years of connector manufacturing experience required.
