Job Summary
Log retain samples and store them per standard operating procedures, conducting quarterly annual reviews and submitting written reports to quality management. Coordinate inspections of finished packaged product retain samples for customer complaints and document incoming component adherence to quality standards. Assist in raw material inspection and labeling, collaborating with Receiving and Production to update SAP status. Perform document revisions, deviation reviews, and process change controls within existing quality systems. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline or equivalent experience and involves lifting up to 25 pounds while wearing appropriate PPE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other Life Science discipline
- 1+ years of GMP pharmaceutical industry experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of GMP pharmaceutical industry experience
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with computer software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Experience with Quality Management computer systems and SAP
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to carry out QA decisions based on GMPs and appropriate procedures
- Experience reading and interpreting documents such as quality standards, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
