Job Summary
Placement, removal and setup of villa furniture; receiving furniture including inspecting, counting, inventory and documentation; loading/unloading, staging and wrapping in storage; minor inspecting of department vehicle (oil, water, lights, brakes); receives work orders and schedules from supervisor; minor repairs and replacements of non-upholstery items; complete guest requests/orders from various origins; assist other departments involving furniture, fixtures and equipment; complete warranty walks on villa items; must be able to stand for extended periods (90-100% of shift); occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; weekend/holiday availability; must be 18+ with valid FL driver's license; smoke-free workplace; background check and work eligibility required; comprehensive benefits package listed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
- Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts
- Background check and drug test
- Eligibility to work in the United States
