Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of data center and facility flooring using established methods, scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums across multiple flooring types. Inspect equipment before use, track supplies, and notify leadership for restocking while following assigned schedules and safety procedures. Perform interior and exterior floor-related work independently within defined standards. Requires high school diploma, two years of floor care experience, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in floor care, facilities maintenance, or a related operational role.
- Hands-on experience with commercial floor maintenance equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus when using equipment or computers.
- Adherence to environmental and safety practices.
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant floor care or facilities maintenance certifications.
- Experience working in regulated or mission-critical environments.
