QA Engineer

Job Summary
QA Engineer responsible for validating AdTech products across web and mobile (primarily web), performing functional, regression, integration, cross-browser, exploratory, and API testing; design, maintain, and execute test cases for web applications; collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and validate features; identify, document, and track defects; participate in release validation and QA activities; contribute to QA processes and testing approaches; participate in test automation initiatives where applicable; Prague onsite or remote in Poland and Ukraine.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Quality Assurance
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, software testing methodologies, and test design techniques
- Experience with web application and API testing
- Hands-on experience with bug-tracking and project management tools (Jira)
- Practical experience with REST API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of CI/CD processes (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience validating data would be a plus
- Experience with test automation tools or scripting languages would be considered an advantage
- English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher
