Job Summary
Own test automation for unit, integration, and end-to-end scenarios integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Manage the Xray test-management framework and reporting while overseeing staging, release readiness tracking, and test sign-off. Control the test lab, equipment staging, and environment availability for testing, including non-production environments without real customer PII. Define and enforce quality gates with engineering and the Software PM, then report coverage metrics and pass rates into the delivery rhythm. Target zero critical defects escaped to production while maintaining high release velocity. This senior role requires 5+ years of QA experience and strong automation skills within LiftNet's vertical transportation monitoring platform, an independent division of Kings III of America.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in QA/test engineering
- QA-lead experience
- Strong test-automation skills (CI/CD-integrated frameworks)
- test-management tooling (Xray or equivalent)
- Experience standing up and maintaining test environments and test data management
- Disciplined about quality gates without becoming a release bottleneck
- Collaborates closely with engineering, DevOps, and the Software PM
