Job Summary
QA Engineer role focusing on designing and executing automated test strategies while developing and integrating AI-driven agents to enhance test automation. Responsibilities include designing and implementing automated test cases, auditing automated test results and scripts, performing performance, load, and stress testing, identifying and tracking software bugs, collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution, and ensuring software quality and reliability. Strong emphasis on test automation tools (Testim, Selenium, Cypress, Katalon), AI-driven automation, CI/CD familiarity, Agile/Scrum experience, and scripting in JavaScript/Java.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on test automation
- Proven experience in performance, load, and stress testing of web/mobile-based applications
- Experience designing, implementing, or integrating AI agents for test automation workflows
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Testim (preferred), Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools such as Testim, Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, etc.
- Ability to design and work with AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and coverage
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and software development life cycles
- Experience with performance and stress testing tools
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java
- Familiarity with API testing
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, Agile environments with strong attention to detail
