Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Automation QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience, specializing in Java and Selenium, SQL, API testing, and manual testing. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, executing API testing, writing SQL queries, conducting manual testing, participating in Agile development processes, identifying and tracking bugs using JIRA, and ensuring proper test coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Software QA, with a strong focus on Automation Testing using Java and Selenium
- Solid knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries
- Experience with API testing using RESTful services
- Proven understanding of manual testing processes
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit)
- Exposure to test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
