Job Summary
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance while writing high-quality test cases and collaborating with Software Engineers and Product Managers on feature acceptance criteria. Identify, recommend, and deploy effective testing tools and techniques, matching QA priorities with business needs and requirements. Provide consistent communication regarding project status and team health while continuously updating on emerging QA practices. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of QA experience in an agile environment, and proficiency with tools like JIRA and SQL. This role supports the digital business mission of maintaining rigorous standards and a smooth user experience for Lennar's homebuilding products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant QA experience within an agile (continuous deployment) environment
- Strong knowledge and experience with test methodologies, QA processes, tools (e.g., JIRA, SQL), and software release cycles
- Evident problem-solving skills and strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in product documentation and QA reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Focus on excellent time management, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs
- Finger dexterity
