Job Summary
QA Engineer in a FMCG/food manufacturing environment focused on end-to-end quality control, packaging/process quality issues, and process improvement. Leads CAPAs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives; defines control plans based on CTQ parameters, implements SPC, and ensures compliance with food safety standards (ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP). Collaborates with production, vendors, and internal stakeholders to sustain Food Safety and Quality culture, supports MOS/QCMS systems, and drives data-driven quality improvements across lines.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in a quality engineering role in FMCG, Food or Process Industry
- Knowledge of ISO/FSSC 22000, IFS, HACCP, GMP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management
- Leadership capabilities
- Team player who can engage with personnel at all levels
