Job Summary
As a QA Engineer II at Cross River, you will join the Online Banking and Mobile Banking teams to develop test cases, build automation, and perform testing on services and applications of Cross River's COS platform. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams for manual and automated testing, maintaining test automation, participating in testing activity planning, executing test cases for various types of testing, and tracking defects. The role requires over 3 years of quality assurance experience, proficiency in C#, familiarity with SQL and RESTful APIs, along with strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation
- Working knowledge of C#
- 1+ years of experience with SQL
- 1+ years of experience testing RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with AI assistive and agentic code generation (e.g. Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Experience working in banking, finance, crypto, or fintech is helpful but not required
