QA Engineer II

Job Summary
Quality Engineer II responsible for investigation and root-cause analysis of product failures; collaborates with cross-functional groups (Reliability, Design, Manufacturing) in a closed-loop corrective-action process to improve product quality and reliability. Defines, designs, and implements SPC tools for assembly tools, manufacturing, and test fixtures; establishes and maintains the quality management system; coordinates transfer of new products (PPAP); plans and manages receiving/outgoing quality activities; participates in design reviews to ensure reliability and customer requirements; reviews Engineering Change Requests; conducts weekly/monthly trend analysis and implements corrective actions; applies SPC, LEAN, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure robust manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Manufacturing, Electronic Engineering)
- Six Sigma Certification preferable
- 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing is preferred
- 2+ years in quality system maintenance
- English 85%
- LEAN Manufacturing tools
- Excellent computer skills (Statistical Software, Office –Excel-, etc)
