Job Summary
Build automation frameworks and test suites using Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring tests run on every deploy. Conduct exploratory and edge-case testing that scripted suites miss, while leveraging AI for test generation and coverage analysis to remove manual toil. Own whether the platform breaks in production by making the case for bugs with clear repros and real impact, and establish QA strategy and standards adopted by the broader engineering team. This role requires 5+ years of QA experience with strong automation and CI/CD integration skills, including API testing depth. Based in the Rotterdam office, this position offers high autonomy within a global team of 100+ professionals rebuilding an AI-first infrastructure for customizable printed products across 14 markets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in both manual and automation testing
- Strong hands-on automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent
- Proven CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- API testing depth (Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
- Exploratory and edge-case testing that no scripted suite will ever catch
- AI-first thinking: you use AI as part of how you test, not as a novelty
- High autonomy with minimal process, and clear communication across two offices
