QA Engineer - GTM Applications (Remote, IND)

QA Engineer for the GTM AI Pod focused on defining and owning the end-to-end test strategy for agentic AI workstreams, designing AI-specific evaluation frameworks, and building automated test suites in Python (pytest, robot framework) for Salesforce integrations, Slack applications, RAG pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include evaluating non-deterministic outputs, ensuring test coverage across unit, integration, and system levels, validating Slack bot state management and Workflow Builder triggers, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Copado, Jenkins), and conducting performance, security, and adversarial testing with collaboration from DevSecOps. Requires hands-on QA/SDET experience with AI/ML systems, strong Python skills, experience with API testing, and familiarity with tools such as Postman, REST-assured, Locust, k6, JMeter, and observability platforms. Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Information Systems or related field is required.
