Job Summary
Design and execute test cases for functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing while identifying and tracking software defects. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to investigate issues, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support SDLC and STLC processes. Maintain testing documentation and reporting to help improve quality standards and testing processes. This role offers hands-on experience with real enterprise applications, AI-driven technology environments, and mentorship from experienced professionals to build a foundation in software quality assurance and engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technology field
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and an interest in how software works
- Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
- Basic knowledge of Java, CSS, and C+
- Familiarity with software testing concepts
