QA Automation Technical Interviewer

Job Summary
Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' QA automation expertise; collaborate with recruitment to design and refine interview questions and assessment techniques; provide detailed feedback and candidate evaluations to hiring managers; stay updated on trends in QA automation to ensure relevance of questions and techniques; requires experience with Selenium, TestComplete, Cypress (or similar) and programming in Python, Java, or JavaScript; prior experience in technical interviewing or mentoring is highly preferred; strong communication and impartial assessment skills; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in QA automation
- Knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, TestComplete, Cypress or similar)
- Programming experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or coaching preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to conduct interviews professionally and impartially
- Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
