Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation test frameworks for web applications and APIs, executing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites. Validate application functionality, performance, and reliability within authenticated cloud environments while collaborating with engineers to identify and resolve defects. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve test automation coverage and quality standards across the Agile development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in QA Automation Engineering
- Extensive hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong understanding of testing applications in authenticated cloud environments
- Demonstrated experience testing RESTful APIs and backend services
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, automation best practices, and defect lifecycle management
- Experience working within Agile software development teams
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Django
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation and data integrity testing
- Experience using Postman for API testing and validation
- Hands-on experience with Python
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Experience testing financial technology, payments, banking, accounting, or other systems where security, accuracy, and reliability are critical
