Job Summary
QA Automation Engineer responsible for designing and implementing scalable automated test frameworks and regression suites within a Scrum team. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business analysts to expand automation coverage across functional, integration, and system testing, and to support CI/CD pipelines. Drive quality engineering best practices, contribute to shared automation libraries, and improve testing infrastructure while participating in a hybrid work arrangement with at least 3 days in the office per week. Skills include expertise in Java/C#/JavaScript/Python, frontend testing tools (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress), REST/HTTP/SOAP, SQL, and experience building and maintaining automated tests for web/desktop/API-driven applications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in software testing within a process-driven technology environment
- Programming skills in Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python
- Knowledge of frontend testing with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar
- Knowledge of backend testing including REST APIs, HTTP, and SOAP
- Strong SQL experience for databases
- Good written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in testing
