Job Summary
Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead and scale automated quality assurance across mobile applications, backend services, APIs, event-driven infrastructure, and real-time systems. Must design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks using TypeScript/Jest, PactumJS, and related tooling; implement API/contract/testing across REST, GraphQL, SSE, and WebSocket systems; validate serverless AWS architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB Streams, Kinesis, EventBridge, Cognito); ensure fintech transaction integrity and real-time reliability; collaborate across backend/frontend/DevOps/product teams; leverage AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate testing and coverage; ideal candidate has strong automation architecture experience and can operate independently in a fast-paced, senior engineering environment; preferred experience includes Maestro or Detox for mobile testing and familiarity with fintech wallets, stablecoins, and real-time payment workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of QA engineering experience with a strong focus on automation
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript-based testing environments
- Experience with Jest
- Experience with PactumJS or similar API testing frameworks
- API contract testing
- End-to-end automation frameworks
- Experience testing distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or serverless platforms
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment validation
- Experience testing mobile applications and backend services simultaneously
- Strong English communication skills
