Job Summary
Own the build-out and enterprise adoption of the firm's in-house automated testing platform, developing full-stack solutions in React, JavaScript, and Python. Extend the platform to unify test design, execution, and evidence capture in a single pane while integrating requirements management and source control for systematic coverage. Deliver complete lineage from requirement through to auditable results, extending AI capabilities to interpret rules, identify coverage gaps, and generate test scripts. Manage infrastructure and deployment pipelines using code-first approaches with GCP and Terraform, applying production-grade practices including code review and automated regression. Mentor the incumbent QA function to raise automation capabilities and shape the roadmap toward agent-orchestrated, predictive testing.
Required Qualifications
- Financial services experience

- Strong, current, hands-on full-stack engineering experience
