Job Summary
QA Auditor on 3rd shift responsible for ensuring product quality meets customer specifications through quality testing and safety; monitors cookie dimensions, moisture, color, and uses metal detectors and checks weights; inspects package codes and package integrity; takes samples for retention and further testing; reports quality issues to supervisor/manager; prepares micro sampling on finished goods; uses measuring tools and basic math; interacts with QA Manager, Ex. Director of QA, and production staff; adheres to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working in a food manufacturing facility
