QA Assistant

Perform routine product quality and packaging verification checks, including allergen and organoleptic testing on products. Assist production teams by ensuring correct quality assurance procedures are completed, monitoring equipment temperatures, and verifying raw materials align with CoA's. Conduct routine GMP inspections to help implement standards, review and file documentation, and participate in internal audits and corrective actions. Maintain the company's HACCP system and assist with staff training on quality policies. Work full-time, Monday to Friday, primarily on the afternoon shift.
