Job Summary
Manage quality assurance for program services and subcontractors by overseeing contract development, compliance, and internal monitoring. Develop quality assurance plans and procedures for each project, then monitor subcontractor work to ensure adherence to specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of subcontractor performance, including quality of work and deadline adherence, while identifying and reporting quality issues to implement corrective actions. Maintain comprehensive records of assessments and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Assume duties in the absence of the Program Director.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- three years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field
- Education (substitutable for experience on a one year for one year basis)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Criminal Justice Evidence-Based Practices
- Proven experience in quality assurance, project management, or a related role
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
