Job Summary
Manage end-to-end Job Management, Billing, and Cash allocation activities while ensuring processes meet performance and quality standards. Apply Group Quote to Cash policy knowledge and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to execute these tasks. Utilize proficiency in MS Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint to support operations within a large team environment. This role requires flexibility across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end and familiarity with straight-line revenue recognition. Based in Gurgaon, DLF Cyber Park, this position reports to the Q2C Tower Lead within Kantar's integrated Finance function.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an accountant/senior accounts executive or equivalent role
- Minimum 2 years recent experience with Job Accounting
- Familiar with the straight-line revenue recognition method at Kantar
- Validated ability to efficiently follow policies and procedures
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure
- Target and result driven
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within a GBS environment
- Have a strong background in handling finance operations or reporting environment
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Adv Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in working in large teams and working with Transformation and change programmes
- Knowledge of key business process technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Additional language skill
