Job Summary
Lead and support digital innovations for the Quality and Technology department by identifying, assessing, and implementing opportunities across MES, SCADA, PLC, and SAP environments. Develop and maintain dashboards in PowerBI and Excel VBA while translating functional requirements into system solutions. Introduce new materials and recipes into factory systems by integrating them into SAP and configuring operational settings for relevant platforms. Act as a technology partner for Digital, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to execute projects and drive continuous improvement of factory workflows. Ensure digital solutions meet current and future operational needs through direct collaboration between the factory and R&I.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality or Technology
- strong proven experience knowledge of food processing technologies
- preferably within Infant Nutrition
- Result driven and able to formulate & communicate objectives in clear way
- Strong experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
- Oversee situations and processes and translating issues into effective & systematic approach
- Ability to perform under pressure in a very fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment
- Advanced competence in Excel
- Advanced competence in Power BI
- Advanced competence in SAP
- Advanced competence in MES
- Advanced competence in SCADA
- solid working understanding of PLC systems
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
