Job Summary
Maintain SQF, HACCP, and Food Safety Programs while overseeing plant GMPs and Standard Operation Procedures. Supervise and develop QC Technicians, lead quality management system execution, and train QA personnel on package integrity. Monitor production and packaging processes for accuracy, compile quality status summaries and monthly reports, and evaluate audit data to make decisions on product release. Establish and oversee Quality Control policies and manuals while supporting plant safety programs. Requires minimum three years in Food Quality Control and Food Safety.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
