Job Summary
Conduct visual checks of bottles and box glue patterns for final packaging audits while verifying correct operation of in-line inspection devices such as leak testers and vision systems. Enforce all established safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies during night shift coverage from 6:48pm to 7:00am on a 2,2,3 schedule. Compare product against the production schedule, report rejected defects to PMTs, and follow established procedures for defective products and hold status. Complete all reports, forms, and data entry for Statistical Process Charts, assist in training new personnel, and maintain clean inspection areas.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years in manufacturing
- 6 months quality experience
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance
- Computer usage and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude
- Exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
