Job Summary
Quality Analyst to support the development and execution of test plans ensuring software solutions meet business and technical requirements. Responsibilities include participating in test analysis, design, build, and execution; reviewing requirements; mapping test cases to requirements; developing and executing test scripts (manual and automated); logging and tracking defects; collaborating with developers and stakeholders; producing clear test documentation; and contributing to QA process improvements. Required collaboration with QA team and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results across functionality, automation, performance, and system integration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Experience with manual testing; exposure to automation testing is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- ISTQB Foundation certification (preferred but not required)
