Job Summary
Manage the backend team, mentor developers, and recruit new technical staff. Design and develop new features in Python and/or Golang while diving into tricky architectural issues. Uphold strong standards through rigorous code reviews and design evaluations. Work closely with management and product to deliver value quickly. Assist in the training and onboarding of new hires. This role requires 8+ years of hands-on coding experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision in a dynamic environment.
