Job Summary
Design and build scalable backend APIs, services, and infrastructure that support production workloads. Collaborate across the stack with product and design to move quickly and ship features with quality. Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to technical documentation. Participate in code reviews, architectural design discussions, and retrospectives. Solve real customer problems under real constraints with simple, durable solutions. Requires strong fundamentals in Python, Go, or Rust; familiarity with REST, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP); a track record of ownership and curiosity; ability to ship solutions amid ambiguity.
Required Qualifications
- Strong coding fundamentals in at least one modern language such as Python, Go, or Rust
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- A bias toward ownership, intellectual curiosity, and asking the questions others skip
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and ship clean solutions to complex problems
