Job Summary
Design and implement business process modernization and improvements while coordinating activities related to knowledge management needs. Develop and maintain IA-specific tools, conduct business process reviews, and manage software testing and workforce training. Collaborate with desk officers to improve user interface features and maintain awareness of other NGA KM tools for integration into business processes. Requires an active Top Secret Clearance, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), and 11+ years of technical experience including 5 years in web-based tool development, 2 years in Python, and 1 year in Django. Demonstrated expertise in cloud-based technologies such as AWS, C2S, and Cloud Foundry is essential.

- Current/Active TS/SCI
- Bachelors Degree
- 11+ years of technical experience
- 8 additional years experience
- 5 years of Web based tool development experience
- Minimum 2 years Python experience
- Minimum 1 year Django experience
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-based technology such as AWS, C2S, Cloud Foundry
- Demonstrated experience applying knowledge management, business intelligence, process improvement, reengineering methodologies or best practice principles to design and implement process modernization and improvements
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading activities of engineers/specialists related to technology needs
- Demonstrated experience in using web-based technologies such as browsers, Coldfusion, ASP pages, HTML code, object-oriented technology, graphics software, and content management systems
