Job Summary
Develop and maintain applications on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform, utilizing Python, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. Write high-quality code, design systems of varying complexity, and create architectural documentation. Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and liaise with team members to deliver end-to-end solutions. Mentor junior developers, review code, establish quality gates, and build and deploy code using CI/CD pipelines while applying secure coding practices and unit-testing frameworks. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful task completion and foster team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of work experience in relevant field
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience in developing and deploying applications on AWS
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, etc.
- Knowledge of serverless computing and AWS Lambda
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring the successful completion of tasks, and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity, taking responsibility of the whole team
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university
- Computer science background is preferred
