Job Summary
Senior Python Developer focusing on AI and Generative AI, responsible for leading end-to-end Python-based AI solutions from POC to near-production code, contributing to architectural strategy, and delivering robust distributed architectures. Role requires stakeholder management, ownership of project modules, and deep expertise in AI tooling (RAG, Vector DBs, LangChain, LlamaIndex) with Linux/Cloud environments. Hybrid position based in Poznań, Poland, on a permanent full-time contract, amid an international, multi-project context.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Python Developer with 4+ years of Python development experience
- Strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, and data analysis
- Hands-on Generative AI and LLM experience
- Experience with RAG architectures and Vector Databases
- Prompt Engineering and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Understanding of how LLMs function under the hood
- Linux and Cloud platforms experience
