Job Summary
Mid-to-senior Python developer role focused on building and extending an Agentic AI platform. Responsibilities include developing backend services and agentic workflows, building multi-step LLM pipelines, designing retrieval and scoring systems, debugging production issues via logs/traces, cross-team collaboration for scalable AI-driven solutions, and implementing incremental, well-tested changes. Key technicals include Python (senior level) with type hints and dataclasses, FastAPI, asynchronous programming, LLM engineering (deterministic prompts, failure handling, RAG concepts), workflow orchestration, retrieval and scoring methods (e.g., BM25), diagnostics/log processing, Docker-based runtime, Redis, and frontend work with HTML/Vanilla JS. Ideal candidate is highly independent, systems-thinking, with ~4–8 years of Python experience and a track record delivering production systems in AI/ML platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years Python development experience
- Mid to Senior Engineer level
- Experience with FastAPI
- Experience building production-grade LLM workflows
- Strong understanding of Python (type hints, dataclasses, Pydantic)
- Proficient in Docker/Docker Compose and Redis
- Frontend basics with HTML + Vanilla JavaScript
- Independent problem-solver with strong debugging and testing practices
