Job Summary
Python Data Analyst/Data Scientist responsible for defining and implementing meaningful KPIs in Sioux's Diagnostic Center, building and maintaining Python-based data ingestion pipelines, feature extraction, and statistical modeling; visualizing KPIs in dashboards (Grafana); collaborating within a Kanban team; analyzing machine statistics to detect performance trends (drift/degradation); producing evidence-based improvement recommendations; and documenting methodologies for reproducibility while communicating insights to software, hardware, and systems teams. Requires strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, effective cross-functional communication, ownership, and the ability to justify design decisions with clear reasoning along with experience in Grafana (preferred). Hybird work arrangement available in Vietnam and Singapore locations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a data science or applied analytics role
- Proficient in Python for data analysis
- Affinity with hardware and physical systems is a strong plus
- Skilled at translating findings into clear engineering and management reports; hypothesis-driven, signal-noise differentiation
