Job Summary
The Mobile Master Fitter is responsible for managing all mobile fitting operations, executing fitting days at golf facilities, and engaging with clients to provide custom fittings. Key duties include developing relationships with local golf professionals, enhancing client experience through communication, gathering customer data, and providing support in retail operations. The role requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in communication, and a solid understanding of golf products.
Required Qualifications
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Driver’s License and ability to drive a mobile fitting van
- Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in golf retail sales and client service preferred
- Prior club fitting/building experience is preferred
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record for consideration
