Job Summary
The Master Fitter is responsible for enhancing client engagement in a retail environment through expert custom fittings and exceptional service. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, delivering tailored fitting experiences, maintaining client relationships, and managing daily schedules for service efficiency. Candidates are expected to have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and 2+ years of relevant experience, particularly in golf fitting or sales. The position requires a valid driver's license for potential mobile fitting operations, emphasizing a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of golf fitting and/or sales experience preferred
- Driver’s License and ability to drive a mobile fitting van
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Superior customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in golf retail sales and client service preferred
- Prior club fitting/building experience is preferred
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record for consideration
