Job Summary
Master Fitter at PXG responsible for custom-fitting golf clubs to customer specifications while delivering high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include properly custom-fitting customers for optimal equipment, maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude, delivering best-in-class service, gathering and reporting customer data, providing timely follow-up, maintaining relationships with assigned Golf Town retail locations, ensuring regular in-person presence, delivering fitting and training schedules, upholding PXG brand standards, facilitating clear communication within the team, increasing revenue and profitability while meeting deadlines, and maintaining product knowledge. Travel is required, including overnight travel; candidate must have access to a personal vehicle and a Canadian driver’s license. Salary: CAD 60,000 base with on-target earnings CAD 80,000–90,000, translated to USD estimates per annualized conversion.
