Job Summary
Private Wealth Advisor (PWA) responsible for identifying, closing, and deepening client relationships within U.S. Bank's Private Wealth Management. Uses knowledge of investments, banking, wealth and estate planning, and fiduciary services to frame, acquire, and retain relationships, with growth driven by internal and external sales and the development of new client relationships. Acts as a conduit for PWM's strategic partners in the region and collaborates with a team of specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions. Requires completion of the NMLS registration process and adheres to related regulatory checks. Strong emphasis on relationship management, business development, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for high net worth clients; CFA/CFP designation is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of experience interacting with High and Ultra High Net Worth clients
- NMLS registration is required and related regulatory compliance must be met
- Strong relationship management, networking, and business development skills
- Ability to manage client relationships holistically with collaboration from a team of specialists
- Professional designation such as CFA or CFP is preferred
