Job Summary
Identify, close, and deepen client relationships within Private Wealth Management by leveraging broad knowledge of investments, banking, credit, insurance, and fiduciary administration. Frame and acquire new client relationships through internal and external sales while acting as a conduit for strategic partners in the region. Utilize a holistic approach to manage client relationships, organizing a team of specialists to address customized strategies for high and ultra-high net worth individuals. Maintain NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, including criminal background and credit checks. Work a hybrid schedule with three or more in-office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of experience interacting with High and Ultra High Net Worth clients
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies

- Experience profiling clients and formulating customized strategies to address their needs

- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for audiences with different levels of sophistication
- A passion for problem-solving and acting as a strategic advisor
- Ability to make critical decisions independently and act as a business owner
- Professional designation such as CFA or CFP
