Job Summary
Lead a branch by supervising Support Professionals and executing business/service functions, including interviewing, onboarding of new hires, coaching, and performance reviews; collaborate with Market Sales and Risk teams, partner with MBSO and HR on people management, and drive service initiatives while ensuring adherence to firm policies and core values; manage budgets, travel/entertainment expenses, and cross-functional relationships to maximize productivity and client service quality; promote diversity and inclusion and maintain strong partner relationships across Branch, Market, Region and Home Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education
- Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9 and Series 10 (SU), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required; other licenses as required for the role or by management
