Job Summary
Lead SAP HCM PI and implementation consulting projects within the Strategy Management team, executing end-to-end HR operations, compensation, and attendance modules for ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA environments. Manage 2+ years of total HR consulting experience, applying SAP Certified Application Associate credentials to drive business process improvements and organizational transformation. Demonstrate agility in adopting emerging technologies like AI/ML to prepare for multi-skill capabilities in SAP SuccessFactors. This Associate-level role requires 2-10 years of global HR consulting experience, with a preference for candidates from global consulting firms and those possessing English communication skills or international HR building experience. Required Qualifications
