Job Summary
The position involves providing strategic guidance on technology investments to enhance business performance and achieve growth. Candidates will analyze market trends, understand organizational needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities include gathering system data, identifying IT issues, planning IT projects, managing risks, and optimizing workflows. The role requires experience in IT project management, technical consulting, or systems integration, along with strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred qualifications include relevant experience in large-scale IT projects and professional certifications in project management or IT service management.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in roles such as IT department, transformation office, or IT PMO
- Experience as a technical consultant or project manager in Cloud, ERP, CRM, or cybersecurity
- Experience in system integration, process improvement, or digital transformation
- Basic understanding of business and finance concepts including budgeting and ROI
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel, strong document and report writing skills
- Good logical thinking and presentation skills, able to communicate issues clearly
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in reading and writing English documents
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with large IT integration projects involving multiple business units or systems
- Experience in IT planning, governance, or budget management
- Experience in IT evaluations during mergers or significant investments
